Program Description

The McNeese MFA writing program offers concentrations in poetry and fiction. Nearly all students receive graduate teaching assistantships. Students may also earn a MA in English in the same 3 years they take to complete the MFA. Students take workshop, as well as courses in literature and literary criticism.
